One of underground heavy rock’s most promising bands, the supergroup collective The Watchers, will return with their full-length début on March 9th.

That is the day that the band will open up ‘Black Abyss’“, via Ripple Music, for the masses to dutifully step into. Interest and intrigue about the new opus are growing as the band, vocalist Tim Narducci (Spiralarms, White Witch Canyon, Systematic), bassist Chris “Cornbread” Lombardo (Spiralarms, Beer Drinkers & Hell Raisers), guitarist Jeremy Von Epp (Black Gates), and drummer Carter Kennedy (Orchid), recently shared a video teaser.

Though no full songs are currently available, there’s a snippet of something powerful playing in the clip, seemingly culled from ‘Black Abyss‘, which was recorded during the summer of 2017. Mixing the album is none other than the legendary Max Norman, whose discography of works includes the two first solo Ozzy Osbourne releases, ‘Blizzard Of Ozz’ and ‘Diary Of A Madman’, among endless others.

The Watchers will undertake playing at several upcoming events, including Ripple FestRipple Fest II, SXSW, and Maryland Doom Fest IV. They have also set a Record Release Show for March 31st. Find all those upcoming live excursions listed below and visit The Watchers Facebook page (here) for all the band’s latest happenings.
