Progressive extreme metallers DEAFHEAVEN have shared a new single titled “Honeycomb“, along with its official video.

The video, one directed by Sean Stout, looks like it was taken from old-style home movies, featuring scenic clips and the guys hanging out around their hometown of San Francisco, California. It also shows the band recording the song in the studio as well, the first new DEAFHEAVEN music since 2015’s ‘New Bermuda’.

At nearly twelve minutes’ length playing time, the new song takes myriad musical twists and turns in typical DEAFHEAVEN fashion. It renders some intense sonic moments that include frontman George Clark’s unique growling vocals along with crushing double bass drumming from Daniel Tracy.

Speaking of the players within DEAFHEAVEN, the band recently announced the addition of new bassist Chris Johnson. The band remains currently at work on their next album and we will bring you any developments concerning it when they occur.

DEAFHEAVEN is:
Chris Johnson
Daniel Tracy
Kerry McCoy
George Clarke
Shiv Mehra
