The Los Angeles collective known as VAST ASTEROID has premiered a new official video, one for their song “Drown“.

The song hails from the band’s critically acclaimed November 2017, self-titled release (streaming below), which garnered a lot of notice for the trio. That trio being The Warlocks’ former bassist Mimi Star, seminal punk-rock band Slaughter And The Dogs’ drummer Mark Reback, and singer/ guitarist James Poulos.

The “spacegaze” alternative rock of VAST ASTEROID has received quite respectable attention, including some for a special guest on the record, guitarist Dave Catching (Queens Of The Stone Age, earthlings?, Masters Of Reality, etc.).

The album also generated intense interest on the part of Greece’s Think Baby Music Records, who issued a deluxe gatefold vinyl edition of the record on May 30th. It has been pressed in 180-gram heavyweight black vinyl and comes with a free download code which includes two bonus, previously unreleased tracks from the band.

Check out the “Drown” video below, while the new Vinyl LP is available for purchase now at THIS LOCATION.
