KAMIKAZE ZOMBIE has released an official video for the track “The Story of Jane Doe,” from their Fall 2017 released album ‘Night of the Nuberus’.
Unearthed in 2014, Kamikaze Zombie is a hardcore, metal, and punk crossover band from Birmingham, Alabama. Somewhat summarized as “thrashy horror punk” per Billy Luttrell of Hexxus – when he introduced us to Kamikaze Zombie in his ‘2017 Favorites’ [HERE].
The band self-admittedly pushes to “bring old-school back” to the masses by using serial-killer themed stage shows and lyrics, horror movie samples in their songs, and a harrowing blend of black metal melodies, doom, sludge, and death metal breakdowns, with a lot of in-your-face punk and thrash aggression thrown in.
The video below for “The Story of Jane Doe” was directed, shot, and edited by Ben and Nadia Robertson of 1931 Productions. Essentially, once you start to move your ass, Kamikaze Zombie is going to send that ass of yours in ten different directions within three minutes. Rest assured, you’ll be smiling damned near the entire time.
