A PALE HORSE NAMED DEATH, the band founded by Sal Abruscato (former Type O Negative, Life Of Agony drummer), unveils details of their upcoming third studio album.
‘When The World Becomes Undone‘ will arrive on January 18th, 2019, from Long Branch Records, an imprint of SPV. With today’s revelation of this news, we are also sharing the first single to be issued, “Love The Ones You Hate“, along with the album artwork, details, and pre-order info.
The new album was mastered by Maor Appelbaum (Faith No More, Meat Loaf, Yes, Sepultura, Halford) at Maor Appelbaum Mastering, while the artwork was once again created by Sam Shearon (Rob Zombie, Fear Factory, Cradle of Filth, etc.).
With the first taste of the album’s contents, new song “Love The Ones You Hate” finds Sal Abruscato (guitar, vocals), Eddie Heedles (guitar), Joe Taylor (guitar), Eric Morgan (bass), and Johnny Kelly (drums), keeping true to their grunge / doom roots.
Abruscato comments:
“It’s our signature combination of seemingly depressing and dark musical tones with unexpectedly pretty melodies. There’s a hypnotic phenomenon that happens when you take super heavy riffs and add a harmonic sensibility. It allows you to drift off and zone out.“
