HELL FIRE “On The Loose” Video; U.S. Tour w/ HAUNT

San Francisco, California-based heavy metallers HELL FIRE release their official video for “On The Loose“, a track from the quartet’s just-released third album, ‘Mania‘.

The album dropped March 29th and is the band’s first proper outing with RidingEasy Records, following the label’s worldwide reissue of the band’s 2017 self-released, sophomore breakout, ‘Free Again’, this past January. The title of the new album is an ideal fit, as the music of HELL FIRE – guitarist and vocalist Jake Nunn, guitarist Tony Campos (not to be confused with Static-X/Fear Factory bassist), bassist Herman Bandala, and drummer Mike Smith – play epic, over-the-top thrash metal, rife with classic elements and fiery, NWOBHM leanings.

Culling inspiration from such acts as Angel Witch, Riot, Virtue, Diamond Head, and the like, HELL FIRE condenses the best aspects of metal’s traditional past into a musically modern homage. With blistering, spirited guitar playing, soaring harmonies, and solidified rhythms fueling them, HELL FIRE are well on the way in becoming a metallic force to be reckoned with.

Mania‘ was recorded in Grass Valley, California at engineer Tim Green‘s Louder Studios where the band’s previous album, ‘Free Again’, was also recorded with Green. Possessing a familiarity with the setting, HELL FIRE were at ease in an environment that catered to their creativity, inspiring them to explore and expand upon songwriting ideas.

Guitarist and vocalist Jake Nunn comments:

We’re more excited about Mania then anything we’ve ever done. We were able to spend a bit more time arranging the songs and writing from a more personal perspective lyrically. We came out of this recording feeling much more accomplished with our performances and couldn’t be more happy for this to be our first release with RidingEasy Records.”

Mania‘ is available now on LP, CD, and Digital formats from RidingEasy Records, check out the new video “On The Loose” below. On a related note, this Friday, April 5th will see the launch of the “To Hell And Back Tour 2019” where HELL FIRE will support HAUNT on the road in the U.S. Find the tour’s itinerary listed below along with a tour video trailer.
