Philadelphia’s champions of traditional metal, Corners Of Sanctuary, have just released a new EP via Exquisite Noise Records entitled ‘Cut Your Losses‘. The four-track offering has new versions of two previously released songs, “Wild Card” and “My Revenge.”
Alongside those are two new cuts, “Tonight We Roll” and “Mind’s Eye,” the latter of which reveals a much darker musical direction for the band. The EP is available for purchase [here]. A free mp3 download of “Wild Card” is also available.
Accompanying the new EP, Corners Of Sanctuary has just released an official video for the aforementioned track, ‘Wild Card‘. The video was filmed in Green Lane Park in northwestern Montgomery County, within the band’s home state of Pennsylvania. Some of the footage includes the now-closed historic structure Farms Bridge, constructed in 1889 by the Phoenix Bridge Co.
Corners Of Sanctuary continue to work on their next full-length record, The Galloping Hordes and have several live appearances scheduled in the near future. They include supporting Tim “Ripper” Owens, Blood Feast, and Savior From Anger at various events. They also have spots at the NEPA Metal Meltdown Fest in May and the Chicago Festival Of The Witch in July, before embarking on a short midwest run of live dates. All current dates are listed below.
