YEAR OF THE COBRA Announces New U.S. Tour; EP Coming In Oct.

Seattle duo Year Of The Cobra have just announced a new tour, the first leg of which launch in August.  The Aug. 20th date of which will also be a stop at the prestigious Psycho Las Vegas festival for 2017 as well.  

The road trek will be the latest jaunt in support of last year’s stunning début album, ‘…In the Shadows Below’.

The pair of players behind Year Of The Cobra,  Amy Tung Barrysmith and Johanes Barrysmith, recently wrapped up work on a new EP as well.  The still as-yet-untitled effort (or at least not yet publicly revealed) was produced by Billy Anderson.

That upcoming release is expected to be released on October 29th, according the a recent press release, which also included a cryptic closing that reads:

Expect an announcement soon about the second leg of their tour, along with some other big news.
