Iron Man vocalist “Screaming Mad” Dee Calhoun has been actively making waves on his very own accord as a solo artist in the past couple of years. 2017 has been an especially good year for Dee as he recorded his second solo effort for Argonauta Records, “Go To The Devil“, this year. It is set to be released by the label in early 2018 and saw Dee joined on this album by his Iron Man bandmate Louis Strachan on bass.
That was just one of several mediums he undertook this year, having his second authored work published, “Jesus, Devil Deed“, as well as narrating the Metal Missionaries documentary. In case you missed it, Dee and I discussed all of this more in an interview (here) back in August.
It appears that 2018 will continue Dee’s growing presence as now comes the news that Dee and Louis are set to take his aurally acoustic tales of Ol’ Slew Foot and more to the Olde Country for the first time. They’ve partnered with the promoter Leynir Booking for the announcement of Dee Calhoun‘s “The Devil Over Europe 2018 Spring Tour“.
Dee, accompanied by Louis on bass, will take his powerful music to Europe for 11 shows. Live appearances, locations, etc. are all being scheduled now and there are openings still available for all interested promoters and parties. You can obtain booking details via e-mail contact at:

Look out, Europe for The Devil is coming with a special acoustic set list! Stay tuned for further details.
