Longtime Tesla guitarist and solo artist Frank Hannon has announced the upcoming release of From One Place…To Another Vol. 1‘, a planned series of albums to consist of cover songs from the soulful musician.

Out everywhere January 26th, 2018 while a pre-order is available now at PledgeMusic where contributors will gain access to exclusive merchandise and experiences with Frank.

From One Place…To Another Vol. 1‘ is the first of three albums planned for release in 2018 and features special guest appearances by Paul Jackson (Blackberry Smoke), Duane Betts (son of Dickey Betts of the Allman Brothers Band), Matthew and Gunnar Nelson (sons of Ricky Nelson), Roger Fisher (original Heart guitarist), and many others.

One of Hannon’s songs with Duane Betts, the cover of the Allman Brothers Band’s “Blue Sky“, is streaming below.

Although most folks are familiar with Frank’s work within Tesla, many remain woefully unaware of his outside projects and solo efforts. From a string of releases issued under his name alone to the band effort Moon Dog Mane‘s single release so far, 1998’s ‘Turn It Up’ and, more recently, the criminally underappreciated 2014 Frank Hannon Band offering, ‘World Peace’.

Frank will be on the road performing solo on a few dates through the end of the year and announcing additional concerts in 2018.
