MUNICIPAL WASTE To Issue ‘Slime And Punishment’ In June; New Song Streaming; Tour Dates


RVA (Richmond, VA.) crossover crazies Municipal Waste will release their sixth album, “Slime And Punishment“, on June 23, via Nuclear Blast Records. The first single from the disc, “Amateur Sketch”, can be streamed below.

Slime And Punishment” is the band’s first album to be engineered by bassist Phil “Landphil” Hall at Blaze of Torment Studios in Richmond, Virginia. Mixing and mastering was completed by the legendary Bill Metoyer (Slayer, WASP, LIzzy Borden) in Hollywood, California.

The cover artwork for the sixth album was created by the band’s good friend, Andrei Bouzikov. This is the fourth cover he has created for them, as he was responsible for the art for “Massive Aggressive“, “The Art Of Partying” and the split with Toxic Holocaust, “Toxic Waste“.
