(By Pat ‘Riot’ Whitaker, Senior Writer/Journalist, RiffRelevant.com)

Earache Records announce they will be issuing some of CLUTCH‘s earliest recorded offerings on vinyl for the first time in 25 years.

The five songs on ‘Impetus‘ all originally pre-date the band’s first full-length album release and include the three-song “Passive Restraints” single, along with the demo version of “Impetus” (never released on vinyl until now).

There is also the track “Pile Driver“, previously only available on the extremely rare 12” edition of CLUTCH‘s first ever single from way back in 1991.

Check out a video trailer for the release below. ‘Impetus‘ is scheduled to ship on September 7th and is available for pre-order now at this LINK.

CLUTCH will release their 12th studio album, ‘Book Of Bad Decisions‘, via their own Weathermaker Music also on Sept. 7th. Find out more about that HERE.

Track listing:

Impetus (Demo)
