The Leeds, UK-based doom / post-metal collective known as Hundred Year Old Man have announced details of their upcoming full-length debut.
A track titled “Disconnect” from the new album is streaming here today and finds HYOM further exploring ethereal atmospherics in their futuristic music. With sedate, calming underpinning that permeates the more ambient, drone sections of the song, it is a most powerful composition.
“Breaching” was recorded and mixed by Tom Wright & Owen Pegg at New Craven Hall, Eiger Studios & City #1. The album was mastered by Magnus Lindberg and features artwork by Paul Broughton & Richard Knox.
Hundred Year Old Man is: Aaron Bateman, Paul Broughton, Steve Conway, Owen Pegg, Dan Rochester-Argyle and Tom Wright.
