Alan Robert is well known as the bassist in New York’s hardcore/alternative metal band LIFE OF AGONY, but did you know he is also a best-selling creator and illustrator?
Those that may not know are probably now asking “Of what?” and the answer is the best-selling Beauty Of Horror coloring book series and IDW Publishing hit graphic novels such as Crawl To Me, Killogy, and The Shunned One. And now he can add another distinguishing achievement to his list of artistic accomplishments.
Recently, New Line Cinema and Warner Bros. Pictures launched a campaign for ‘The Nun‘ horror film (cinematic release Sept. 7th), one inviting artists, designers, illustrators, and animators from around the world to create exclusive artwork inspired by the film. Seven pieces were selected from the nearly two thousand submissions [HERE] and Alan Robert‘s was one of the winners and his design is now Dolby Cinema‘s exclusive poster for ‘The Nun’.
