Riff Relevant is honored to be part of the swarm of presenters for this tour, which starts on July 21st in Lafayette, LA, and finishes up in Chicago, IL. They have some good company for some of these dates, too! This duo should definitely be on your bucket list if you haven’t yet seen either band.
Hell, even if you have, do it again. Both Pale Divine and Apostle Of Solitude performed at last year’s Maryland Doom Fest (2017), rest assured they are two killer sets of heavy. Both are well worth a road trip on their own, but to be on the same bill in one night will be an evening to behold. Find a date close to you and hit the road!
Indianapolis, Indiana’s Apostle Of Solitude released their latest album, ‘From Gold To Ash’, on February 23rd via Cruz Del Sur Music. It effectively upset the apple cart of complacency in the world of doom metal, by sonic annihilation. You can stream it below and check out their video premiere for “Keeping The Lighthouse” [HERE].
Apostle of Solitude is:
Corey Webb (drums)
Chuck Brown (vocals, guitar)
Steve Janiak (guitar, vocals)
Mike Naish (bass)
Pale Divine has a new album (as yet untitled) coming out on Shadow Kingdom Records later in 2018. This is the first record in several years and if the first track released is any indication of what to expect, it should be a glorious full ride. Have a listen to ‘Spinning Wheel’ streaming below and pre-order the album [HERE].
Pale Divine is:
Greg Diener (vocals, guitar)
Ron ‘Fezzy’ McGinnis (bass, vocals)
Darin McCloskey (drums)
